Please find at the end of the present fax, the one that I received from Guatemala in the evening of last Friday. The summary of this report, after conducting a second test with “ENERGY+”, states the following:

1- A saving between 15% and 25% in fuel oil consumption.

2- Less gas emissions.

3- Less soot discharges.

4- Fuel Bunker viscosity is lowered.

5- Improvement of the equipment.

This hospital is also saying that the elimination of polluting discharges has cancelled the protests from their neighbors, and that thanks to “ENERGY+” they are also enjoying a cleaner environment. They are very pleased with “ENERGY+”.

In the first report, they had stated the change in color of the flame, from dark to “white”, plus other improvements.

The Military Hospital is going to conduct same tests as they have made. He expects that it will help to create a receptive atmosphere among the military chiefs, in order to conduct tests with gasoline and diesel.
